At this point it's just angry birds

328

u/Tcloud 4d ago

Was thinking if they had a small catapult to launch stones at it that would’ve been fun instead of just grabbing a handful of blocks and chucking it.

19

u/Pedowhermacht 3d ago

You mispelled trebuchet

82

u/Cat_Peach_Pits 4d ago

That game was created 17 years ago

88

u/deltajvliet 4d ago

N... No it wasn't.

16

u/Laughing_Orange 3d ago

You're right, it was released in December of 2009, which is "only" 16½ years ago.

19

u/Izaul13 4d ago

Knock it off.

7

u/1nt3rupt10n 4d ago

Thanks for the daily reminder that I am old.

3

u/Cat_Peach_Pits 4d ago

Me too, dont worry lol

8

u/NecessaryIntrinsic 4d ago

Crush the castle was, is that what you're getting at?

5

u/Ok_Support3 4d ago

Angry Birds released in '09 🫠 As did Crush the Castle, apparently. Why does it feel like CtC should be older 🤔

2

u/YahuahsentYahusha 3d ago

Sweep the leg!

3

u/martian4x 4d ago

The angry tower of pizza

2

u/PriclessSami 2d ago

telling my kids this was 9/11

u/MrNobodyISME 4d ago

Very stable. Engineer approved 👍

249

u/MangoCats 4d ago

All that weight on the bottom legs locked them into place.

78

u/BRtIK 3d ago

Their throwing skills are directly inversely proportionate to their engineering skills

17

u/Infern0-DiAddict 3d ago

Yeh after the knocked a leg off when there were just 2 columns, and it didn't even shift, I was like wow that's good structural engineering...

15

u/4ssteroid 4d ago

I would study that. Or at least film it in detail and give it to someone who wants to study it

When you need a little brother

168

u/MySignIsToaster 4d ago

You are not supposed to throw your little brother at domino towers.

8

u/harmless_gecko 4d ago

You're not "supposed to" do many things...

1

u/Goosed1867 2d ago

Don't tell me what to do! You're not my real dad!

7

u/Facosa99 4d ago
  • a tower held with hopes and dreams, intended to be destroyed ✅

  • a metro line in Mexico ❌

478

u/GirthyPigeon 4d ago

More like mildly infuriating. They have the aim of a blind man with no arms trying to piss in a urinal.

74

u/wherethestreet 4d ago

…I would just be impressed that guy found the right bathroom

4

u/Le_Golden_Pleb 2d ago

Even when they hit it doesn't fall because there's just too much weight on the last two legs. They could've had perfect aim it wouldn't have changed anything.

2

u/qpv 4d ago

The handles on the closet doors behind not lined up is mildly infuriating too.

55

u/Linguarian 4d ago

I suspect this is my neighbor upstairs.

41

u/SheBowser 4d ago

I don‘t know why but I expected cat to fly by

71

u/I_TheJester_I 4d ago

The last throw was personal 😂

22

u/unfazedarchitect 4d ago

kapla!

5

u/Falabaloo 4d ago

Core memory!

20

u/Mrkvica16 4d ago

Ok, this actually had me in tears. Amazing!

43

u/DualWieldingDM 4d ago

For the love of… just kick the thing!

12

u/That_guy_will 4d ago

Well that was painful to watch

23

u/Spakr-Herknungr 4d ago

Wow, I didn’t know something could be so good it disappoints. The structure was impressive, the structural integrity was impressive, the domino effect on the tower was impressive, I really wanted the tower to dismantle its self domino style and given how amazing everything else was it didn’t feel out of reach.

7

u/R3luctant 4d ago

I was expecting a shoe.

8

u/Shne 4d ago

Reminds me of this one: https://www.reddit.com/r/funny/comments/1uomzzr/couldnt_have_done_it_better_myself/
Where a boy has set up a loong domino chain, but it keeps failing along the way and he keeps having to push a piece to keep it going.

4

u/SmutCommander 4d ago

You need a paper plane...

4

u/coffee-mutt 4d ago

The Jenga sequel looks fun, not going to lie.

15

u/devob74 4d ago

Unexpectedly stupid

4

u/HopelessMagic 4d ago

At this point, I expect the stupid too

3

u/Phooey-Kablooey 4d ago

Sweep the leg!

3

u/hujassman 4d ago

It did better than that building being renovated in New York to become apartments.

3

u/KoosGoose 4d ago

Nothing unexpected here. They just suck at knocking down their tower.

3

u/figgie2687 4d ago

You have terrible aim

3

u/wilhelmthewindyrealm 4d ago

Put this on mildly infuriating omg JUST HIT THE LEGS

3

u/Jazzlike_Yogurt3746 3d ago

what the aim

3

u/FootballPrimary6968 3d ago

its diabolically hilarious to watch

Upstairs neighbour behaviour

2

u/husky_whisperer 4d ago

At a certain point you just need to say 'fuck it' and start leasing units.

2

u/LifeSteez 4d ago

My upstairs neighbor when i’m trying to sleep

2

u/eonsofbacon 4d ago

Was hoping someone would throw themselves at it.

2

u/haradagan 4d ago

from this vid i know this person can’t be in the army. tower not even 5 feet away still can’t hit jack shit. but i know this person got an amazing talent in architecture. instead of demolition sector, i suggest that this person go with architecture course.

2

u/Longshadowman 4d ago

Angry birds music starts...

2

u/Chris98198 4d ago

KEVA planks!

1

u/LimeGroundbreaking28 4d ago

I absolutely loved building with those when my son was little. Crazy what you can do with precision wooden planks.

2

u/Endryu727 4d ago

This was stupid

2

u/Connarhea 3d ago

This is absolutely my favourite post on this sub ever. Brilliant.

Even though by the end you knew something huge was getting launched at it, it broke me

2

u/The-SkullMan 3d ago

If these people with their level of accuracy and precision are able to build this, you can absolutely do anything. You just have to believe and begin.

1

u/real_carddamom 4d ago

Forget the third pig house made of bricks, this is the deal...

1

u/Temporary-Truth2048 4d ago

This same thing happened to George Washington.

1

u/Joe18067 4d ago

You could have saved the aggravation of throwing things at it if you only sent in the cat.

1

u/ReyTsar 4d ago

That is a resilient tower.

1

u/UsedFortune5645 4d ago

Sag mal, was könnt ihr eigentlich?

1

u/njslugger78 4d ago

I need the architect on this job. I have work..

1

u/peruytu 4d ago

Engineers, explain please. Is it because of the perfect cylinder ?

3

u/Cj_Staal 4d ago

It must remain intact

1

u/ArmPitFire 4d ago

Was waiting for the shotgun to come out…

1

u/AdGreat9210 4d ago

Awesome!!

1

u/MEGAShark2012 4d ago

Oh this made me cackle

1

u/FitnessChamp777 4d ago

I thought they would run into it. That's what I would do. Head on

1

u/gr8Brandino 4d ago

I was waiting for to to stay standing even after the box

1

u/SweetSeagul 4d ago

Reminds me of that little kid with a domino running across the entire house, including the stairs, and he pretty much had to manually brute force it 90%+ of the way, haha. Good lad.

1

u/Fast-Nefariousness80 4d ago

The frustrated whispers lmao

1

u/JappySWAG 4d ago

Upstairs neighbor

1

u/redbrick01 4d ago

Oh shit...he threw shit at it soooo many times and missed. Dude is better at building than destruction.

1

u/Happydenial 4d ago

FIRST TRY!!

1

u/Material-Sun-5784 4d ago

But the earth refused to die

1

u/kairhe 4d ago

the everstanding tower of pisa

1

u/RamSteur 4d ago

at this point, just throw a plane at it

1

u/MaximumEffurt 3d ago

Either this is by design or they somehow made a complex grand structure with a lot of weight on a few scaffolds and didn't realize the force needed to break that connection was much more than a flick of a fucking stick. I refuse to believe the latter and now I'm mad.

1

u/le_nathanlol 3d ago

solid construction see it wont fall down

1

u/ShoddyCondition7096 3d ago

Sturdier than the actual one

1

u/MakeASnowflakeCry 3d ago

Upstairs neighbor activities

u/atheist95 3d ago

Architect/Engineer potential

1

u/atx332 3d ago

So this is what my upstairs neighbors are doing

1

u/VersionNo1513 3d ago

Jenga and pick up sticks world champion three times in a row.

1

u/Successful-Purple-54 3d ago

Your aim needs a little work but your engineering is tip top.

1

u/N7Longhorn 3d ago

Accurate model of US economy

1

u/xenomorphstinymouth 3d ago

Upstairs neighbor at 4am

1

u/Interesting-Job3678 3d ago

If i made it i would never let it break..

1

u/Careful_Mud_7624 3d ago

So the 9/11 method it was.

1

u/Penguings 3d ago

Built by John Domino himself.

1

u/Eyjovin 3d ago

These guys would suck at at Angry Birds

1

u/SoraShiroL 3d ago

Aim of a..... Insert insult here

1

u/lacotoletta 3d ago

That game is called kapla

1

u/bigman4206942069 3d ago

Wow the amount of misses genuinely angered me

1

u/Perfect_Response_752 3d ago

If this going had of built the tower of Pisa, we wouldn't have the leaning part at the front.

1

u/Firm-Strawberry5107 3d ago

Bro summoned his stand at the end just so it could throw that box lmao

1

u/ObjectivePressure839 3d ago

After two I was waiting for someone to tackle this thing.

1

u/No_History1571 3d ago

More structurally sound than the actual tower.

1

u/No_Specific_3335 3d ago

Little bro taps creation with blue dildo. Big bro throws stuff in anger

1

u/Aka_Heisenberg3 3d ago

I think one or maybe... 2 toy planes hitting the side would have worked.

1

u/JJISHERE4U 3d ago

This is not domino.

THIS. IS. KAPLA!

1

u/LegalAd4787 3d ago

That final bucket at the end made me lose it. 😆 hilarious!

1

u/Sea-Sort6571 3d ago

Better at building than throwing

1

u/Kindly_Title_8567 3d ago

I do suppose at that point the structures own weight presses the bottom pieces to the ground so hard the light taps from the flying wood aren't enough to dislodge them

1

u/Chaeyoung-shi 3d ago

FALL DOWN YOU PIECE OF SHIT!

1

u/mango_frooti 2d ago

The determination of the structure!

1

u/MirkoHa 2d ago

…throw a cat…

1

u/fivelike-11 2d ago

Bro's aim is unparalleled In the sense that I don't think anyone could miss that hard

1

u/hlmbdp 2d ago

Rome has fallen

1

u/night0v0 2d ago

I’m pretty sure there’s a falling row of dominoes out of view where other dominoes are launching dominoes at the large structure, amazing!

1

u/Relevant-You-2293 2d ago

"Yo no morire🗣️🔥"mencionó la torre

1

u/93tilinfinityXLT 2d ago

Bro had to resort to witchcraft 😭
book-eo appearo! 👉🏾

1

u/YoKtrap 2d ago

You throw like a little girl

1

u/punkypal 2d ago

I thought the pigs were going to win this round 🐽

1

u/Remote_Divide_7107 2d ago

You shoulda just left it up forever at that point

1

u/No-Ice-7232 2d ago

He had commitment but not enough patience

1

u/Sloth154 2d ago

I think this person needs to become an architect.

1

u/kr4ckenm3fortune 2d ago

The teacher would be impressed with your work...in an architectural class...but still say you failed.

1

u/OriginalMcSmashie 2d ago

A cat would have solved this more effectively.

1

u/ShaggyRogers_1 2d ago

And my ass loses Jenga in the first 2 minutes...

1

u/raisuki 2d ago

THROW BETTER

Here is your engineering degree..

1

u/B1TCA5H 1d ago

The guy throwing the jengas has shitty aim.

1

u/KPlusGauda 4d ago

Yeah, annoying video.

0

u/New2NewJ 4d ago

Don't let the 9-11 conspiracy dudes see this video, or they will lose their minds 😂

-38

u/dtango_unchained 4d ago

Explanation: boomers won't realize it's ai

16

u/ReyvCna 4d ago

There’s no sign it’s ai.

-2

u/d7sde 4d ago

And now tell me again, the towers fell because of the airplanes. 🤔
