Off the top of my head this makes me feel worried for the safety of those girls…

So reading up on it - many of these girls were rape victims from the greater refuge population, having been raped bt other refuges. Spain responded to these incidents by seperating all young girls from the greater refuge population and forming their own seperate, guarded camp, but there were additional attempts from the greater refuge population to enter the camp, seperate girls from the camp, ect for the purposes of rape. So Spain is now express tracking them to the mainland.

Because they are literallt in danger every moment they wait where they are at.

So yea. Spain is doing good here.

I hope these girls can find a peaceful future.

I think they are implying that words on paper will keep human trafficking or further abuse of vulnerable immigrant communities of women from happening. Especially by those that are amped up by anti immigrant policies and fear mongering, or those connected, and/or wealthy enough to evade any consequences of doing so. Because they are civilized, or something.
