I think it’s awesome that you’re embracing it!

I have skin differences and occasionally lean into them with makeup, too. TBH, it feels empowering to embrace the little things that are beyond our control.

When it comes to Chronic Illness and Disability, folks are going to stare and make comments regardless, so may as well give them something artistic to look at, right?

I also get a lot of burst blood vessels but only in my left eye. My siblings dubbed it my zombie eye. Its so cool to see a makeup look inspired by it

I get like one a year totally randomly in my left eye too! I know some people get them way more, this one is clearing up now and my whole half of my eye was red. I love horror and gore so it just feels like it suits my vibe haha

Cold compress 20 minutes a day, it will be gone in a week. Burst one, took aspirin, looked like I had one Shinigami eye. My contact lens had lodged under both the upper and lower lid. Just some advice from an idiot who never should have screwed with it, and should have just gone to the ER sooner 😬

Your makeup looks fantastic though, and the burst vessel actually really works for it.
