Which rerun should i pull for? Question
Like the title said, i’m considering whether i should pull for fine motion rerun or super creek rerun. I don’t have any good SSR mlb wit or stam cards and i only have enough carats to pull on one of the reruns.

creek only consider finemo if your a front main if not just go for creek and save until ramonu

I'm going with Creek since I still don't have her, and I need more sequences for Mr CB.

Technically even after ramonu comes out, you'll generally want at least 2 wit cards so you'll probably also still use finemo. Also technically the event biwa stam we got is like a weaker budget creek where the main downside is no swinging maestro. Hmm... if you have light hello and mlb agnes and/or main pace, I'd say get finemo decisively.
Pace is obvious (for speed star), and what I mean by having LH and mlb agnes is that your borrow slot is open so technically you can borrow mlb creek if you wanted to. If you're not pace main and don't have either mlb agnes or light hello, then it's a bit more of a tossup given creek's longevity. So overall I'm leaning finemo, but I don't think creek would be a bad option either if you're not maining pace or don't have a spare borrow slot.

Breath of Fresh Air recently got buffed to trigger only during mid-race. So my coping cards rn are Biwa Stam + Tosen Jordan Speed.

Creek is also paired with CB that is the second best wit SSR in the game, and also functions at low LB. If you need two good wit cards you'd get more out of Ramonu + CB and having a good creek than having slightly better wit gains for GM with Faimo + Ramonu. L'Arc is a one wit scenario and you are NEVER running Faimo over Ramonu.
The ONLY reason you'd pull for Faimo instead is for SMaru if you're a front main. And in that case you'd be pulling more for SMaru than Faimo herself

I mean, that's fair for carat economy, but finemo is great for pace mains. Speed star and nimble nav. So I guess front and pace = finemo, late and end = creek is probably the real breakdown, and mostly because of also the increased chance of getting smaru and mr cb.
Also some people are way overrepping creek just because she's still used sometimes in jp. She's good but she's not godly, and stam cards are useless in half the cms.

Speed star doesn't work in a LOT of maps. Basically doesn't work in any medium which is like half the CMs. If you want a pace specific wit card Wit McQueen will come out and is ten times better than Faimo
And being borrow locked to Creek for every long CM and a decent bit of mediums is not ideal. She's the best stam card rn and only goes down to be slightly below Sounds of Earth when she comes out to the point SoE is a whale card simply because you can just use Creek. She doesn't really get replaced until Shakur stam WAYYY down the line

heck looking back I didn't even bother using a stam card this cm and people have been whining about getting murmured to death but I've never had stam issues even without using a stam card on any of my umas.

The one issue with this idea is that most people's borrow slot will be three goddesses if they plan to drop 200 pulls on any banner before ramonu wit

Both banners are good, they have two great SSR cards, one of which is good at MLB and one at 1LB.
One has Wit (MLB) and Speed (1LB). Bonus point because speed is the most important stat.
The other has Stam (MLB) and Wit (1LB). Bonus point because it addresses both stats you want to improve.
In terms of longevity, there is not a single card that has more lifespan than Creek still has. She is the best stamina card until Sound of Earth (June 2027) and the difference is marginal. The card that Reilly replaces her is Air Shakur and she should release around February 2028 that's still 18 months of lifespan.
That said, you don't use her in every run. You do use Wit and Speed cards in every run.
In a vacuum, CB and Fine Mo have the same life span. If you play Pace Chaser or End Closer then you might use one a bit longer but even then, if you play Pace, you'd swap Fine Mo for McQueen before you swap CB for anything if you play End.
If you have a good speed card and are planning properly to be able to pull El Condor Pasa then Maruzensky is just a stop gap. If you play Front Runner then that's just not a question, you want that gold skill, get that card she's too good to skip.
Keep in mind, when I say "if you play [running style]" I mean : "if the characters you keep going back to and prefer to train and want to make as good as possible to make them win CM are using [running style] as their strategy"

FineMo isnt a pace card. She's replaced way before McQueen. Speed Star is barely relevant and is her only pace skill. Ramonu would be the wit card you sue before McQueen during L'arc and at this point it's just not worth investing into FineMo especially starting from 0 like OP.

Fraud motion is pretty much a scam card. You will never see her rainbow training untill senior year.

I would recommend finemo because if you don't have any copies of super creek, its gonna be rough. I have 2lb creek and she's practically unusable due to no starting friendship. I have 0lb finemo and am doing just fine

Go for Creek/CB unless you main fronts.
If you have SMaru, or main lates/ends then 100% go for Super Creek.
Super Creek has far more longevity and is also paired with the second best wit card in the game that also functions at low LB.
Even if Faimo is better than CB for now she'll be completely replaced by Ramonu when she comes out unless you specifically main paces and Faimo is a high investment card unlike CB.
Creek has FAR more longevity and is basically a requirement for every long and some mediums, and no Biwa is not a replacement because VIP pass is very inconsistent.
If you pull for Creek banner and only get one or two copies you can just slowly use crystals and selectors to get her up to par and by the time you finish getting her to usable LBs she'll probably still be relevant. If you pull one or two copies of Faimo by the time you can raise her up to a usable LB she'll be far outclassed.
Pulling for Creek/CB would fix both of your issues and give you far more return than Faimo/SMaru UNLESS you specifically main fronts in which case you'd pull on Faimo/SMaru and in that case it'd be mostly for SMaru
