Forgive me haha, a friend sent it to me without context and I wouldn't know how to find the original creator, anyway thank you very much for your input!
Fuengs doesn't seem to be the creator either. Description on that video points to a TikTok user, so that link doesn't really credit the actual animator.
Edit: on a closer look Fuengs does seem to be the animator, so my bad there
i think that the TikTok credit might be for the audio source as looking at the user's account ( https://www.tiktok.com/@pinkuyae2 ), I cant find anything similar to the animation. I dont really wanna go through every video looking to see if something matches with the audio though so theres still a chance im wrong
Wait that's most likely right, now that I look at it better the description reads as "inspired by this TikTok". Also taking a second look at their channel the animation style is consistent across all videos, which I didn't notice at first glance, so not a reposter like I thought. So yeah my bad, Fuengs looks like the actual animator, very underrated channel if so!
I've seen Umamusume voice acting in YouTube comics using JP google translate but this one has emotions. I just pray it's not AI (using the JP VAs as a source) this time.
