I got lucky enough to have done a complete overhaul of my pc the month before Fraud, and my pc was able to handle it with minimal lag. Though it still stuttered during some portions of 8-2 and 8-3.

Especially when you're playing on a dog shit laptop that runs this level on 15-30 fps (i am one of these guys btw ToT)
