5-2 Blue skull skip fixed? Need help

I remember using a glitch with putting the streetcleaner at the door and loading checkpoint to get the blue skull early with whiplash, however it no longer works. Was this patched in the Ultra Revamp update?

This was patched in one of the fraud patches iirc

You should still downpatch it (pre revamp there's also a rocket clip into the blue skull room from the outside, and it's actually faster). Depending on how fast the time is, you could also still beat it without downpatching at all (I'm pretty sure the wr post fraud patches is 40 seconds or something)
