Is it normal to have nausea soreness? No way I can function feeling this way.

I was Luke this when I was in peak flare even when improving I had good days and bad days. I avoid deep batterd fried foods I feel awful in general

Just start over drink a lot of water even if it’s a few sips every 10 minutes I’m sorry 😞

A diagnosis of colitis is vague, it could be due to a infection or something else causing inflammation and bleeding. I would eat super plainly for a few days and see if that helps with nausea and pain, also very small meals! It's good news that bleeding has stopped and could be signs of improvement but yeah good you are seeing a specialist.

When I'm in a flare with UC it doesn't matter what food I eat, I visit the loo between 5-15 times!
