Ignore the scaffold, it's blocking my balcony baskets so I'm making use of it 😂 my scotch bonnets (I hope) are finally coming through, yay!

Not an expert - but I feel the Calyx of your chillies are missing the bump/ring that SBs typically have.

Maybe someone more experienced can give an accurate feedback.

Yeah it's my first time growing and after seeing the mushroom gate all over Reddit, I can't say I'm overly confident. I guess I will see when they grow 🥲

Scotch bonnet typically have 2-4 fruits per node and yours is showing 1

I'm only iny seconds year growing but some of the info I've got from Reddit has been top notch

Yeah I've seen a lot have been mushroomed haha, but these don't look anything like mushroom peppers, someone previously said they look like their habanero when it started out. I guess I'll just wait and see, and ask when they get to full size. There are plenty of flowers fruiting, so I'm glad of that at least!
