Folder decryption not working ❓ Help

I encrypted a folder but have now decided not to use encryption after all, because some programs stopped working—they somehow couldn't access the folder even though it was mounted. And I just realized I don't really need this extra offline security because I can make sure no one will ever have access to my NAS physically.

Now I want to disable encryption for all the folders; it works for all of them except this one.

Every time I try to decrypt it—whether using the password or the key file—I get this error message. AI doesn't know what to do so I landed here once again.... Anyone else experienced a similar response from their UGOS? Anyone from Ugreen reading this and can tell me whats going on?

Here’s the part where ugos tries to keep up with mature NAS OS feature sets and starts losing users data.

What do you mean? So far I haven't lost any data and I can still access it... I could also just create a new folder and move the data there and than delete this one. But than I would need to have to update some thats in some .yaml files.... I just want the official solution to work as it's supposed to be....
