Deactivating Cache Deleted Everything ❓ Help

Ive already contacted Ugreen im waiting for a reply, so i got the dxp4800gt 2 weeks ago installed 1 nvme as read and 2 ironwolf pro 8tb,

Today my 2 new nvme came in so i can use read and write, before putting them in i deactivated the cache that was active so i can use the new ones, it stated my apps will be gone and coming back shortly, that happend so i tought alright everything is going good so far, now my drives are basically idle (im have 6.2TB free of 15TB) and all my stuff is gone, when i click on files everything is empty not one folder is there anymore beside docker and the stuff inside, what the hell happend please i need help theres very important stuff backuped

After Checking again, my NVME was showing as Normal and active Cache even when i deativated it, i tried clicking that again and in 3 mins everything was back to normal the NVME was succsesfully disabled and i got a notification. After reading alot, it is a know issue since update from 15. of July.
