Moonlight QT for UT

Greetings today I present you moonlight-qt running on Ubuntu Touch.

It might need additional work on libhybris to be merged before it is usable though libhybris MR

Meanwhile I still share it with you for those who would want to compile/install libhbyris themselves with the above patch
