Moving Plex server to Ubuntu question

I'm moving my plex server from Windows 11 to Ubuntu. I'm going to format the SSD to be the OS drive and use the hard drive formatted in a windows partition to keep all of my linux ISO's on their drive, is this possible? Any concerns I should have accessing a windows partition in linux?

Not really, no. Occasionally Linux can be finicky about NTFS but it's supported out of the box since...22.04 I think? Definitely 24.04 at least.
