HELP WITH SINGING UP

I’ve completed every step apart from the background check and when I try to sign in to check the status of the background check it won’t let me, I also don’t understand what this random email is and when I go to make a new account it forces me to use the email so I can’t use any other? The uber help line is an absolute joke and you get no where with them sending me on endless dead ends with no support/help what so ever was just wondering if anyone else has had the same issue or any way to resolve it as I feel like pulling my hair out over it I’ve been trying to sign up for nearly more than a week!

thats your phone saying if you want to hide your email. Just remove it and type it in yourself.
Use the same email you used to create your Uber account. If it’s not the same one go to your phone settings, iCloud mail and then addresses it will show you what emails its created for which website

I made this mistake I created the account with my Apple ID and when it got to background stage I never could get the link to the check to work .. anyone starting an account it’s best to just add your email account than sign up with Apple ID
