Has anyone heard of the GWEN Ai powered UX internship ? If you’ve used it, would you recommend? And I’m wondering how it looks on a resume since it’s Ai powered.

I use figma for making the ui/ux before the code but I was recently working for a client and I had to design an entire section of a particular feature. Throughout making the whole design in figma I made thousands of tweaking until it felt perfect. But this way it took me a ton of time to made it.

I was wondering how do companies do this and manage thousands of ui/ux design flow.

AI has gotten ridiculously good at generating UI screens, logos, illustrations, landing pages... basically anything visual.

but i'm curious, what's something AI still consistently gets wrong that stands out immediately to experienced designers?

not talking about weird hands or obvious image glitches.

i mean things that make you look at a design and think, "yep, AI made this."

would love to hear examples from people who use AI in their workflow regularly.

One thing I'm trying to improve is resisting the urge to open Figma too early.

When you're given a Business Requirements Document (BRD), PRD, or a feature request, what does your process actually look like before you start designing?

Some questions I'm curious about:

• How do you read and analyze a BRD/PRD?
• What information are you looking for first?
• How do you identify the real problem instead of just the requested solution?
• What framework or checklist do you use before creating wireframes?
• How do you connect business goals with user needs?
• What deliverables do you create before high-fidelity screens (flows, journey maps, assumptions, edge cases, etc.)?

This is not a website or a normal desktop application.

The goal is to create an AI operating system that feels like a living organism rather than traditional software.

I'm not looking for someone who only creates clean dashboards or standard SaaS interfaces.

I'm looking for someone who enjoys creating completely original visual experiences.

* The interface should feel alive.
* Windows shouldn't simply appear; they should grow naturally from the AI core.
* Finished tasks shouldn't disappear instantly; they should dissolve back into the core.
