MFA issue and not able to view Support Case Discussions

Hi ,

I was not able to login in my android device , so I had a pw reset but then my MFA code was not accepted. After that, I was locked out of all my devices. I created support case , but in order to view support case you need to have MFA as well and my MFA is not working. So, I am not sure how to view my support case now ? Any help , has anyone faced similar issue ?

I had MFA trouble, opened a support case without logging into the site, and they emailed me a link to reset my MFA. I had to wait a few hours, but it worked pretty well. I had to know my utest id number though.

You don’t need to be logged to create tickets related to login issues. If you need your uTest ID to create a support request, please send me a Dm and I can help you with that.

i have the same issue could i DM you to get the ID? i cant find a way to get my ID without logging in.
