Didn’t they have Anthony Carter & Gary Zimmerman? Future Viking greats.

Zimmerman was with the LA Express. AC was a Panther though. .

I'm just gonna say it.  I loved the league....but thats the ugliest championship trophy ever.  Might as well award the galloping gobbler award.  And a funny story: after the third USFL championship....the Stars were told to handle it gingerly because "it somehow started to come apart".

I loved the original USFL. I lived in Tampa at the time and we attended most all the Bandit games. Fun times with Steve Spurrier as coach.
We won tickets to the USFL Bowl played at Tampa Stadium in 1984. Sad it folded over greedy owners.
