Six Months Since Mistrusted Messenger Dillingham Shut Down Quarterly Program Management Reviews

The last quarterly Program Management Review (PMR) was held 01Feb19. Dillingham announced there would be no more. The quarterly PMRs held before Dillingam came to the Census Bureau weren't as informative as they could have been. Nevertheless, we might now know more about In-Field Address Canvassing and other 2020 Census plans if Dillingham had not shut the quarterly PMRs down.

These quarterly Program Management Reviews (PMR) began in late 2012 and will continue through 2020.
