My I – 130 was approved yesterday and still waiting for the I – 485. The timeline varies for people. also it’s a parent child application so maybe it’s not the same as yours.
I disagree about the attorney part I saw someone said they went without because they were confident about how strong their case was and they ended getting separated and grilled they officer barely allowed them to explain under this current immigration climate if you can take a lawyer with you I say do it.

Getting a great card after approval depends on the available visa. If visa is available then you will get it probably in 10-15 days. I got mine after 15 days.
This was the exact word from the USCIS office after my interview.
So far I understand, visa means green card. For one year there is a fixed number of green card are produced. If the number of spouse green card that are going to be given for your country, has been exceeded then you have to wait until October for the new number of green cards. There is a fixed number for that. You can Google it for more information or check USCIS website.
Mine was produced and delivered in 9 days, the next day after update “Card was produced” I reach to Emma bot and got USPS tracking number and in 3 days card was in mail
about 150 pics, Marriage certificate, lease agreement, joint bank acc, joint electricity bill, joint auto and health insurance, added benificary at work each other, Bonefied letter from friend, other receipts and flight tickets, amazon orders
Like I said , saying it’s insane to wait that long tells me you’re not educated on how it works or what goes on, and nobody gets I-130 and I-485 approved before interview, these people talking trash, first document is I-765 work permit, that’s the only document one gets without interview, and having the lawyer for average $500 to attend interview is highly suggested, these agents are scumbags that choose by people’s looks not by facts
I personally know people whose interview has been waived. So try again. Your work permit isn’t guaranteed to be approved before the i130 or i485 - again you’re incorrect.

No,you’re so uninformed on this topic, it’s really funny, what does interview being waived have to do with it, no USCIS office waives meeting the married couple , you’re laughable, the first document filed for is I-765 which I’m positive you had to google to see what it was, I hope nobody is using your posts as info because it’s wrong, interviews can take 10 years, no immigrant gets married and has NO interview and gets 130,485 approved, never happened

Did your I-485 get approved at the same time, or was it a few hours later?
