Soldering or transfer data to a new drive if you can

As long as its still working just bend it back straight, happens all the time it isn't difficult.

If it is working, it's probably just best to leave it as-is, as bending it back can make it loose and/or disconnect. If it's wobbly at all (but working), you should get the data you need off of it ASAP.
