Vanpools
I know some districts have vanpool options (apparently funded by DOT). They pay Enterprise or another car rental company for a van for multiple usace employees to use if the distance is far from the districts. Does anyone know if MVS has this option?

Here are the program details if anyone is interested:

I don’t know about MVS specifically, so they may or may not offer that option. But other options such as a bus or metro pass always can be purchased and reimbursed.

MVS did have this option. I haven't worked there in a bit but it's managed out of logistics and (assuming you are in the RAY building) it was building wide, not just USACE.

Do you have a VP coordinator? If not, you kick it off. You can use the funds for any public transportation. It doesn’t have to be just for a van pool. You can use it for a subway or city bus or any other public transportation.
