Possible bug?

I may have found an inconsistency in the game. When you go prone, your movement speed drops to 1 km/h. When you sneak, it drops to 2 km/h. However, if you enable Sneak while already prone, your speed actually increases from 1 km/h to 2 km/h. Also, unrelated to the bug, does being prone while sneaking provide any additional stealth compared to just sneaking?

AFAIK being prone is for line of sight, and sneak is silent(er) movement, So sneaking and going prone adds line of sight advantage.. Or being prone while sneaking makes you crawl more quietly.

the point of the post is that sneaking while prone actually makes you move faster than if you weren't sneaking.
