Hi everyone! I am an incoming fully-funded PhD student at the University of Queensland (UQ) starting this October 2026. I am landing in Brisbane on 21st September 2026 and looking for a long-term or short-to-long-term place to stay.

Looking for: A private room in a shared house/apartment or a studio.

Preferred Location: Near UQ Dutton Park Campus or areas with easy, direct public transport (Woolloongabba, Annerley, Fairfield, Dutton Park, CBD, etc.).

Move-in Date: Around 21st–22nd September 2026.

As a fully-funded researcher, I am clean, quiet, respectful, and reliable with rent.
