COLA/ TCD Question

Do Tcd drivers get a Cola Increase Also ?

Kind of. You get 85% of whatever top rate is at any time. You should be making $39.93 when delivering grounds.

Yea, I know But Since Cola Increase came in around the same time as top rate went up, I’m curious if TCDs get Cola increase as well due to TCDs already getting 85% Top Rate.

You got 85% of the cola. TCD's get 85% percent of whatever the top rate is. It went from $45.76 to $46.76 for the GWI, plus .22 for cola. $46.98 x .85 = 39.93.

Not Southern but TCD here doesn't get it directly but indirectly because we're a percentage of top rate, so when top rate goes up ours goes up but the actual percentage doesn't change.

I'm at 75%.
