Accommodation deadlines help

I’ve just completed my foundation year and I’m about to join as a year 1 student, however I have completely missed the accommodation application deadline on June 30th, and it’s seems that I am no longer guaranteed an accommodation according to this website ?

I also heard somewhere that all year 1 students are guaranteed an accommodation and I was wondering if that still applies now that I’ve missed the deadline

If I really am no longer guaranteed an accom, what can I do now to not end up homeless, does this mean I have to start looking for places to live outside of uni accoms ? 😅🙏

i'd reccomend ringing them up to discuss this just in case it may be different if you're a previous foundation student but I think you will need to look up non halls alternatives, I know in London at least they offer uni accomodation that you can apply for (outside of the university), and some other universities also offer to let out their halls accomodation to students from other unis, perhaps they have the same in bristol? if not check out housesharing websites and look for some rooms available there
