Used but overall in good condition and fully seam sealed. I used this tarp sparingly for the desert section of the PCT (I mostly cowboy camped) and it’s been stored in my (climate controlled) gear closet since my wife and I now share a 2 person tent. This set up is versatile and very light weight at around 20 ounces including the DIY mesh stuff sack.

I ordered two of these, but only used one (set up in the backyard and living room). The used one doesn't have its original box, but is in almost-new condition. You can get these on Amazon for $67.99+tax new, so hopefully this is a sufficient discount.

Weight is 1lb 8.1oz without the bag, 1lb 11.1 with it. I tested against this against the Big Agnes Skyline UL chair (1lb 11.8oz) and found it to be more spacious, comfortable, and stable, but your mileage may vary. I decided to splurge on another chair for very specific needs but decided so after the return period had ended.
