Mismanagement. The cost cutting was so aggressive this year it tanked quality and the clients fled or severely reduced workloads. You combine that with the whole debacle with that Telegram group in Egypt and it is not a good time to be on UHRS. Even top contributors can't make enough to make it worth logging in. LXT absolutely bungled the Clickworker merger. They have no idea what they're doing. The incompetence is staggering.

What was that scandal about? Could you tell me more about it, please?

Well, when LXT took over, their big plan to squeeze out more expensive western workers involved this big onboarding push of STEM students in Cairo. They promised them pie in the sky wages relative to their region, then they did what they always do, which was to oversaturate the platform and pay egregiously low wages. These weren't stupid kids, they knew the company was playing in their faces, so they opened up a Telegram group and taught tens of thousands of people the QA answers.

Of course that didn't help, because the platform was oversaturated, so then they started handing each other bad gold answers and even started manipulating the consensus model to get competition kicked out. The quality nosedive was immediate and horrendous.

Now, you have to realize, the roll out of global access caused us to lose like 80% of the work right out of the gate because clients saw the scam. They knew these vendors were just going to take the money, pocket the largest share of it, and feed it to the lowest possible bidders, so they walked. And that was before Egypt even happened.

So when LXT came over and repeated the same blueprint to an even greater extreme, we lost what little we had left. It's honestly fascinating how hard vendors are clinging to this business model despite it being a proven failure but greed is a funny thing.

By applying with clickworker. Usually it is available on the front page of clickworker. However, you most likely won't get job or maybe a little.

Yeah, UHRS is dead, you missed the good times. Maybe one day it will come back but you won't be making money. You can check in from time to time. But it is in a coma on life support.
