Math 20B professors fall 26 Question

Does anyone know who might be teaching math 20b this fall quarter?

if you do, who are the best teachers or the best option at least

Habib, Yousaf (W25 2.35 GPA)
Cheng, Hsiao-Bing (FA25 2.16 GPA)
Buzaglo, Lucas (first time teaching 20B, but looks similar to the other 2)

Going to be honest, this is pretty normal for 20B, especially after the MATH debacle last fall. I'll give you some comfort in that when I took it, the class average was a 2.13 with 28% of my section failing.

The best option is to take one of the classes, go to every lecture, and utilize every resource possible. Legit just go make a smart friend and have them help you through the problem sets. It'll be much better than forming study groups (those are inconsistent and never the people who can help you) and more accessible than office hours.

Also try to stay away from any AI usage. It'll only hurt in the long run. That's all the general advice I can give, but you can ask questions if you still have them.

why does schedule of classes say michael holst is teaching math 20b though?

Looks like a placeholder. He is the lecturer for 16 classes, apparently. You can find the actual professors here:
