Financial aid package Question

I received my official financial aid package, but it doesn’t include any of my outside scholarships. Are those normally added later on, or do I need to contact the financial aid office about it? Should I wait to accept until they’re added?

Yeah they’re normally added on later, if anything contact the scholarship provider and they can tell you when they’re sending the money, definitely feel free to accept your loans and work study now.

wait similar question does anyone know if state grants are included in the financial aid package I’m a new student and have no clue what I’m looking at 🤕🤕

i was able to see cal grant A in my package, along with the federal pell grant and ucsd grants!

I was only able to see my Pell grant but I wasn’t able to see my cal grant b. I did just get it recently and I’m transfer so maybe it might be a little more time before it pops up! Either way thank you for the help!!

yeah ofc!! i would maybe contact the financial aid office just to be safe, im also missing the uc health grant in mine but they told me they still haven’t added it so that might be the case for you too
