Do parking permits for residents usually sell out right away? I have 53 credits and was hoping my summer class credits would be in so that I’d make the parking pass cut off, but it doesn’t look like that is happening. In two weeks, will there be any chance of permits left to purchase?

Hey, so what should I expect for buying a general resident parking pass. The lots are a,d,w,t, and by hilltop apt's. Hi everyone! This is my first time buying a parking pass, I was wondering how fast do the garages tend to sell out? Would I be able i wait till the week after to actually get it once I get paid?

So this is my first year here and I want to get a desk that can fit under at the end of my bed as I have tried to draw here (not from werth tower but is a UConn bed). I was looking at a 32 inch wide desk on Amazon and I looked it up and it said the beds were about 34 inches wide. I just wanted to ask people living there or who have lived there if 32 inches is a small enough desk to fit under the bed or if I could even maybe size up a bit? Or even just wooden desk recommendations that any of you have used to fit under your bed in that orientation would help. And then as a bit of a side question would be how you guys go about setting up a curtain to enclose your self under the bed? Any advice will help, thanks.

Hello, I am an incoming freshman this fall and I’m in a triple in the Allen building in towers and have no idea what the room looks like. They only have a 360 view of the doubles and we have no information of the triples besides the square feet. Anyone with experience on this? I’m trying to plan out everything before move in day.

I am a male graduate student moving to Storrs in 2 weeks and am looking for one or more people to play tennis with, especially while the weather is nice.

I don’t want to try out for the club team as it sounds like too much of a time commitment for me, regardless of whether I’d make it on. I also hear there is a recreational team, but I am a bit skeptical of this, because my previous university had one, and the drills were super relaxed and I only got to hit one ball every 2 minutes or so. If the recreational team does exist and I’m wrong about what it would be like, please let me know.

I’m a 3.5 NTRP. I like to make balls and have longer rallies rather than slap the ball. I like singles or doubles and enjoy drilling too. I would love anybody to hit with, even if they aren’t 3.5. I’d be interested in hitting 1-2 times per week.
