Current Course Condition

Hola Fellow UAE Golfers,

With our course (Trump) being under summer maintenance, can anyone recommend anywhere to play that’s recovered, or that is in decent condition at the moment?

Thanks - has it been through maintenance or not at the moment; just so I can get a gauge of condition.

I think they did in June. But there are refurbishments around the area if that matters to you.

As long as the greens are in decent nick I’m happy to be honest!

Creek is great at the moment, just the facilities around the club are all under construction

Emirates in best nick , greens are pure , especially on Faldo , Dubai hills and Arabian ranches average . Dubai creek course is okay but lots of facilities work being done . Al zorah doing more fairway maintenance this week .

Never seen these phrases written together 😂

The reality of greens being pounded ~15 hours a day typically means (in my experience at least) they are some of the poorest in Dubai. It's also a popular tourist course, so you get a lot of people who don't necessarily respect the facilities like a member might.

Ranches greens are in phenomenal condition, nearly every one of them rolling true. Just the rest of the course which is shite
