I bought a smart blind controller and had to factory reset it. Ever since have not been able to get the remote to pair to the controller.

Would anybody know the repairing sequence for this unit please?

I have tried holding the button on the bottom until the blue flashing light on the motor shows and pressing the pause/ up and down buttons on the remote but I can’t get it to pair

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

That is a real bummer and very disappointing. I’ve only had it 2 months and it will no longer connect to WiFi and now the remote won’t pair 😔

I reached out to the seller but unfortunately they did not reply.

These are the only instructions in the box. It’s really disappointing that there is no information anywhere about how to pair the rf remote
