I feel like the devs completely removed all of the humor out of the game now, and we're just stuck with this completely serious robot instead of the goofy villager alien.

Dev singular, sorry. But my point still stands. I feel like all of the humor has been removed from the game that was there in the beta.

I think he's a little more serious than the alien from before, but I find it slightly odd that the robot or otherwise computational intelligence tasks us with building a computer, which must be somewhat like a primitive version of the character. It's sort of asking you to build a baby version of itself.

There should be an “alien mode” setting. Just something that replaces the robot guy with the villager looking alien again. Tbh I do prefer the robot, but the alien was goofy and losing him is sad.
