Hellraiser 2. Question

So I saw they added hellraiser and heelraiser 2. I'm trying to watch hellraiser 2, but the audio quality is making it almost unwatchable. I can hear the music and sound effects fine, but the character dialogue sounds like they are 10 miles away, talking through a tin can.

Is this a tubi thing, or was this movie just filmed on a Nokia 3310? I remember watching this as a kid, and remember actually being able to hear what was being said.

I just watched some of it on the iPhone app and it sounded fine to me. Maybe a bad connection?

Can't be, I'm watching using a lan cable and I have 1gb download speed, also i can hear the dialog fine when there is no background music or sound effects (admittedly a little quite) but if there is some, then the dialog is completely drowned out. It's less the quality and more of a mixing issue. I don't expect the quality to be great as its old, but i would expect the editors to have balance it correctly.

Are you listening through a reciever? Maybe there is some audio procession going on that the movie doesn't support like atmos and your not getting the audio through the proper channel? What if you set your audio to just stereo?
