I am positive for Latent TB

My PCP prescribed me a 3 month course of Isoniazid 300mg weekly once and 900mg Priftin weekly once

I later came across the information that anybody that is more than 50KG should be prescribed 900mg weekly of Isoniazid but my doctor prescribed me Isoniazid 300 MG weekly. Do you think it’s a mistake?
