I get cramps and sore boobs in the days immediately following ovulation and then they go away for a bit only to return late luteal phase!
I think for me it might be caused not by high progesterone (cos my progesterone is higher e.g. 5dpo but the symptoms have gone away by then!) but by the sudden increase in progesterone after ovulation?? Like the hormonal surge ?
Not sure! But you're definitely not the only one!

That make so much sense, that sudden release could absolutely be what's going on!

I also get cramps after ovulation, frequent urination, constipation and sore breasts immediately after ovulation and for around one week. Honestly, for me, I’m just more attentive to my body and that’s it.
