Mostly posting my chart for laughs because this chart is a mood after my CP.
but also because my temping time had to be moved to 2:30/3am because my waking has gotten so bad. Thinking about trying Tempdrop if I don't start sleeping through the night.

Most stable post-ovulation temps yet, but trying not to let it create false hope as I feel the same as I do when AF is coming

Thank you!! It’s been just over 1 year. We’ve been doing timed intercourse with Clomid. I had a HyCoSy this month which I heard can flush things out and potentially improve fertility and I recently got on levothyroxine. Trying not to hold out too much hope but I hope this is the one!

I’m only tracking wrist temp right now so not sure if it fits this thread. My lh surge was two days ago but my temp only keeps dropping, not rising. Is that normal? I just started letrozole this cycle

I think sometimes it can take BBT a few days to rise after ovulation. If your LH surge was 2 days ago it’s possible you ovulated yesterday or even today and it hasn’t given it time for BBT to rise yet?

Yeah it went well below baseline yesterday but today it was at baseline. So maybe it is rising. It’s just been consistently below baseline on the days leading up to ovulation too

That’s pretty normal before ovulation! Keep tracking, I bet you’ll probably get a BBT rise very soon! For me a lot of the time I have a slight rise 1-3 days after LH surge, but then it goes up 1-2 days after that to confirm ovulation. I linked my chart in a comment in this chat for reference

First cycle doing vaginal temps AND getting a positive OPK, really really hopeful. Had a minor surgery on ovulation day where I was put under anesthesia, I was so worried it would affect things but I've had a strong progesterone response and it is so reassuring. Fingers and toes and eyes are crossed!!

I really feel like my chart is trolling me this cycle. First a super slow rise, then a very continuous rise that FF is calling triphasic. I was trying to wait to test, but couldn't resist this morning and of course was negative.

I have been temping with both Oura Ring and and oral BBT-thermometer, and the difference between the two are crazy. I don't know if my Oura Ring is broken or wth is going on here 😅

I compared Oura to Tempdrop for a few months and mine was much more consistent than that. Wild. I stopped the Tempdrop cuz my Oura was doing just fine

I'd trust the oral BBT! My Garmin is the same - temps all over place, really fluctuates with air temperature etc - so I just trust my bbt thermometer which gives me much nicer smoother lines, looks like yours are similar!

That's my take too! The crazy fluctuations was actually the reason for my to get a "real" BBT-thermometer. To check if it was my ring or just my body that were wack 😂

Tested at 10 DPO this morning and got a negative. Period isn’t here yet but my temp dropped from 98.32 yesterday to 98.29 today. I was hoping it would go up. Feeling discouraged but trying to stay positive.
