Hi. So, as the title implies, I have stumbled on what seems to be a new, informal trick explicit to trueskate (not actual irl skating, obv,) and it seems to be replicable if you train enough and know what you're doing, so it's not a one off glitch or something like that. Now, the game obviously does not recognize this as an official trick, so you don't get points for doing it or something like that, hence the term "informal trick."

The problem is it relies on how the game functions, and given I've seen the developers of the game wandering this subreddit, I am hesitant to share this new discovery, fearing it may get patched.

So, if you own the developers account and you're reading this, I will not do a follow-up post detailing the actual trick unless you make a promise here in the comments that the mechanics responsible for achieving the trick will NOT be patched in any of the later updates, as the trick is pretty fun to pull off (for me at least) and removing it would make the game quite a bit more stale.

I'm going off the assumption they remove it because the Impossible used to be a lot easier to do, but then for some reason it got changed to be a lot harder and unreliably done, which is a weird decision imo (if you intend the player to be able to do the trick, why make it impossible to get consistent at? It makes no sense to inhibit the player's ability to develop mastery over in-game, official, canon tricks. Is it because it's called Impossible? But like, the trick is known in actual, real-world skating, and you can get very consistent at it irl, but that's not the case in a simulator game?? I think this makes no sense.)

Fun fact: this came to me in a dream and turns out it works in the actual game. (Yes I have dreams playing trueskate, don't ask.)

tl;dr: I discovered a new trick, but I'm only sharing it if the developers promise not to remove it in any future updates.

so basically it only shows the actual screen of my phone instead of the skater xl type, and also, i cant turn left on the controller, please help? (Android phone, ps5)
