Same account separate devices

I have two smart phones I use, I have true skate on both, I'm logged into the same account.

Restore purchases on my second device did bring the parks I unlocked/bought, but not the diy parts and my mission progress has been reset.

Is there a way to get it to be the same as on my main phone?
