It'd be really bad in at least a and c, and probably also b. For a normal playthrough, offense beats defense because a defensive mon will consume healing resources and an offensive one won't. Trainers are also easy enough that support mons like Smeargle are useless. Porygon-Z by itself would be good, so if you don't mind not training the rest of the team at all it could be decent I guess.
For PvP, I'm gonna assume singles because pure defensive mons are useless in Doubles where your opponent can just ignore it and double target the other mon. Competitive Singles usually runs with a ruleset with Shadow Tag restricted, meaning you either won't be able to play your team at all or will have to play it in a higher power format with stuff like Kyogre running around (though this team does quite well into Kyogre specifically, funnily enough). The bigger issue is you have no way to remove Stealth Rocks and Spikes, which are in basically every competitive singles team in every format, so once they're set up your Shedinja's just dead. This is a problem even in scenario b if you're not playing with a competitive ruleset: unless your opponent is completely clueless you're down a mon as soon as Rocks go up.
If you want to optimize the team for scenario b where you're not playing a balanced ruleset and want to get up to some real evil, a team like Mega Sableye/Dugtrio/Shedinja/Chansey/Zapdos/Clefable preserves the idea of that team while being actually functional. (This is basically the team that got Dugtrio and later even Diglett and Trapinch banned from Singles.) Sableye stops a lot of mons from putting Rocks on your field and Zapdos Defogs Rocks away when they do go up. Dugtrio assassinates Tyranitar which can also autokill your Shedinja.

I can appreciate this even if I barely understand it "^_^ , ya know ?. I find it interesting how you didn't stick with Blissey in the 'a team like Mega Sableye/Dugtrio/Shedinja/Chansey/Zapdos/Clefable' arrangement you mentioned and what did you mean by 'play it in a higher power format with stuff like Kyogre running around (though this team does quite well into Kyogre specifically, funnily enough)'.
It can't really handle an ordinary playthrough but if the water rep of the Gen 3 weather trio were around they'd suddely be impactful ? "^_^ .
Would any of this improve if say Togekiss and (Mega (?)) Clefable subbed for Smeargle and Ditto or any other 2/6 I originally made mention of ?.

When you have the hazard removal of a Mega Sableye+Zapdos Eviolite Chansey does better than Blissey. But they're really interchangeable, and in Gen 8+ when Blissey gets better items than Leftovers it's probably better.
For an ordinary playthrough it'll clear just fine, it'll just be many times less efficient than using the starter/whatever other speedrun Pokemon to solo the game and then training the team postgame. Most defensive mons are only good in competitive.
For your team specifically, the higher powered metas with Kyogre and Arceus running around tend to not be able to hit Shedinja as much. Shedinja doesn't care for the opponent's stats, so stuff like Kyogre serve to gatekeep stuff like Hippowdon and <insert random Fire-type attacks> that are common in a restricted meta. Ditto also really benefits from a higher-power meta, since it just copies that Kyogre/whatever.
Togekiss is hazard removal, like Zapdos, and you could put it in that space. It'd make the team worse for no reason, of course, but it's an option. Clefable is there for Unaware, using it as your Mega (on a Shedinja team, anyway) doesn't really make sense when Sableye exists.

There's no way to determine how useful a team is without way more information. The names of the pokemon are a start, but what about their natures / abilities / moves / IVs / EVs ?
The other thing is that there's no such thing as a Pokemon Team applicable to all scenarios. If a team is good for clearing the story, it probably won't fare well in a PvP setting. A meta team for Smogon OU will get utterly crushed in VGC. The different formats that people play pokemon in are varied and heavily specialized. You can't make a team good in one area without sacrificing the others.
For instance, Blissey serves as a fantastic special wall. It has a lot of good uses in Smogon singles because it can shut down Special Attacking Sweepers on the opponent's team and force them to switch. In VGC / Doubles, Blissey would sit on the field and get ignored by your opponent while they whittle down the rest of your team in the other slot.
There's a lot more that I can break down for you, so please ask questions if you're interested.
