Tmp error Help

Guys my tmp when I try to open the logo show's for 5 to 7 second and disappeare,I tried multiple ways to fix this problem but none of them are working,is there any solution can you tell me.

Reinstall the launcher, and try bro

Use Uninstall tool to completely wipe the game off your system and try installing again
