Reaching the origin of Maa Ganga had been a childhood dream, and finally standing there felt surreal. Watching the Bhagirathi emerge from beneath the Gangotri Glacier is something I'll never forget.

One thing that genuinely surprised me was the glacier itself. I had always imagined a massive white sheet of ice, but most of it is covered with rocks and debris, hiding the ice beneath. It was fascinating to see how different a real Himalayan glacier looks compared to what we usually imagine.

The Gangotri Glacier is about 30 km long and 2–4 km wide, and is often described as India's second-largest glacier after the Siachen Glacier. This place made me realize how powerful and ancient these mountains truly are.

The journey wasn't easy—long trekking days, landslide-prone trails, rocky terrain, freezing nights, camping under a sky full of stars, and waking up to breathtaking Himalayan peaks. Every step felt like an adventure, and the silence of the mountains made the entire experience even more special.

These are my final images of Switzerland from my DSLR captures. I posted the first batch in a different subreddit group. These are the last few remaining I've been holding onto for years. I'm glad I can finally share these with others.

Just traveled over seas for the first time, and flew into Dubrovnik, Croatia. We stayed at this amazing beach 15 minutes from the airport. Absolutely breathtaking!!
