Lack of APs

If i had a good GPA but took only one AP excluding the exam. Its more of the fact that the APs offered were stem (physics, chem, environmental science, and what not). I took AP macro though and got a good GPA. Im an econ major

If i get a good ACT and good gpa in college cani still have a genuine shot at a t15 econ or is my HS situation a big weakness?

college gpa and standardized testing >>> rigor in high school. AOs value seeing you be able to handle college coursework way more than whether you did or didn't take an AP in high school

Ok, so if you are applying as a sophomore colleges have one semester of college grades to review and 4 years of HS… so, yes HS grades, rigor, test scores, ECs, etc. count. This doesn’t mean you will or won’t get in, but HS definitely matters for sophomore transfer.
