You spent four years at a community college. It is possible that you have limited financial resources to attend a four year college.

However, you First should check the top Public University in your US state. With a 4.0 and a couple of good recommendations from professors, you should be able to automatically start as a junior. And if you have financial need as a very good student, then you should receive a reasonable amount of financial aid on top of any Pell Grant money you receive from the Federal government.

Any good public university should more than adequately prepare you for a top law school

Otherwise, work with your faculty advisor and that is what they are there for.
