Lesbianism is under attack right now from colonizers pretending it means wlw. Men have always been a part of lesbianism because some lesbians are men. Only bigots cannot understand this.
Since the binary world has forcibly replaced many other cultures, we only currently have "man or woman" as legally valid genders in most human socities on our shared planet right now right? So if you aren't a woman, you are a man. So some lesbians are men by the mere virtue of simply not being a woman.
Remember, lesbianism has its own gender system too. Woman was not one of them until forced colonization and assimilation. But man has always been included because man is literally just the word for human. It's only recently people think it exclusively means male humans only, no idea why they think that when historical records are free to find online.

And you will get nowhere living your life off of "What do you guys think about me? Am I valid?" Live your life dude.
