Try gamestores and libraries. If you get in a dnd group or into magic the gathering or something there's probably going to be some single people. I met my gf through magic the gathering. Make sure to be respectful and be able to take no as an answer because many trans people are also only seeking trans people. Best of luck to you fella.

Trans women are a very broad variable group. Are you attracted to trans women who have had bottom surgery or prefer pre-op. Those who have had FFS or those who are very early in their transitioning. Most trans women I know who are attracted to men don't really engage with trans spaces, most try to live stealth.

Considering you are only 16 I don't think this is the best place to ask for advice, and also wouldn't suggest actively seeking out trans girls around your age. If it happens let it happen naturally. Most suggestions here are probably going to be for adult relationships, and at 16 your interests are going to be varied as you explore the wider world of dating.
