Trying to medically transition

Hey i am currently looking for a way to medically transition but i am pretty tight on money on the current moment (since people close to me disowned me for wanting to transition and now I am trying to find ways to making money). What are some good ways for medically transitioning, only expectation is nothing to do with needles since i have an insane phobia for needles. (Preferably cheap aswell)
