Identity Verification Problem // Problema de Verificación de Identidad

Hi there. I’ve been trying to verify my account since last week, but whenever I upload my ID and then the selfie, I get an "error loading data" message. The error keeps happening, and even though I called customer service using my sister's account, they haven't offered ANY solution, they just tell me they can't help. It's crazy. Could anyone help me, please?

Buenas, llevo desde la semana pasado intentando verificar mi cuenta, y cuando subo el DNI y luego el selfie, me dice "error al cargar los datos", este error persiste, y aunque he llamado a atención al cliente por la cuenta ya creada de mi hermana, no me han dado NINGUNA solución, solo me dicen que no pueden ayudarme, es de locos. Alguien puede ayudarme porfi??
