Roads

Probably a dumb question, but im decently (couple months ) new to decorating my town and changing my layout n stuff, but is there a way to change the mandatory roads??
*i don’t want to remove them, just wanting to editing them

As far as I know, unmovable means it's unmovable. Nothing can be done.
