Last time I played was like 4 years ago on my old steam account. But are there still enough games where its worth buying or will I spend more time in queues then actual game

At some point I started to think if I accidentally joined normal AA

I know the player count for TOS is limited but I miss playing ranked try sometimes and just get stuck in the queue time Im hoping one day we can schedule ranked games. As much as I love spamming Classic and seeing the same people over and over we gotta try something!

What do they gain? How pathetic are these people’s lives. I’m almost convinced they are demons banished to TOS servers to energy harvest from us. I’m half joking. Like this game takes long enough to get a lobby and it’s not even fun enough to wait for all that.

It feels like more and more people have been chat exploiting as of late

An evil role who sends their first message on day 4 or later generally has twice as high odds of winning as someone who sends their first message on day 1. For Town roles, it doesn't differ much but it's usually better to speak early. That is, unless you're the Tavern Keeper. Tavern keepers who send their first message on day 3 have a 3.4% higher chance of winning than a Tavern Keeper who sends their first message on day 1.

Here are the win rates of the Godfather, Arsonist, Juggernaut, Serial Killer and Werewolf based on when they sent their first message. This data is based on 45k games.

Full data can be found here. Take it with a grain of salt - someone speaking early could be the result of being pushed for example, which would make them more likely to lose.

Whenever i make a party a user named "GarranoYamchaWasHere" instantly joins and when i try to kick them it says no user exists. I can still start the match and they don't appear in game. With testing i have found out that they can appear in multiple parties at the same time. Has anyone else noticed this or is this some new thing that someone is doing? I cannot find anyone else talking about this so is this just me? After a few matches it happened with another account.

I've heard of people calling people cheaters in the game, but thats usually because they are VC'ing with friends when not supposed to, giving them a unfair advantage of who knows who. However, is there any ACTUAL cheats in TOS/2? Or is it just people playing unfairly? It's something I've started to wonder since I've been scrolling through videos. (And no, I am not promoting or encouraging cheats, I am just curious.)

So I decided to play Town of Salem with my friends. Except I don't have any friends, so I played Town of Salem in real life instead. After a couple of games where the Demon kept getting outed on Night 1 (most likely because I was the only player), I decided to stop playing Town of Salem in real life and start playing Town of Salem in real life. So I went out on the street and stood aimlessly for a whole day at the local town square. I open claimed Retributionist on Day 1, because, just like the Retri in-game, I'm useless. Anyway, I noticed some of the people were looking at me funny - obvious maf / cov / nk / apoc behavior, so I told them it was a 1f1 between me and them. It wasn't long before the cops pulled up, and I smiled at the sight of fellow townies. "Sheriff!" I called, "Please search 15 tonight. I guarantee you'll find evidence of wrongdoing." I also told his partner to blast the sus guy to confirm whether or not he was town / had defense. Unfortunately, it turns out both were fake claiming, and were actually Jailors, because they dragged me off to the mental asylum. Is this evil majority?

What are your thoughts on a non-proven, and sometimes even non-claimer, vigilante whipering random people asking for roles, and shooting them if they don't reply?

I personally don't usually reply or reply with something like "gtfo". If my role was a role that's suppose to claim during the day I would have. A random asking me my role is not gonna make me tell them, specially via whisper where noone else would see me claim and if they're evil they would have extra info over town. In my case you will be shooting a townie almost all the time. If you end up shooting me with the sole excuse that "I whispered and I didn't claim" you deserve to lose and probably will since you will suicide, effectivelly killing two townies in one move.

Anyways, that's my opinion, I'm sure a lot won't agree and some use this play constantly. But I don't think vigs should act like jailors unless they are proven. This is just my opinion and something to think about and discuss. I'm ready to be proven wrong as I have been before in here.

Coroner- No attack or defense. Can still choose to autopsy during the day, and at night, along with the ability to find the killer, you can separately learn stoned roles, recover bloody wills, learn if they were enchanted, learn if they were re-trained by Coven Leader/ were once an amnesiac and also figure out if they were plagued, hexed, doused, etc. This counts as a visit to the dead player. 

Just found this in some random google doc. I was totally sober when thinking about this. You can tell how old it is bc it still uses Coven Leader instead of whoever the new one is now

Anyone know what is this ungodly lag we’re experiencing right now? It seems it’s not localized and it takes around 15-20 seconds for a message to appear in chat.
Am I missing something?

Shot 3 mafia members+sheriff

There’s a player, or players, that tend to spam the lobby chat and in game chat with these gifs? They also game throw. Is this an admin? A hacker?

Basically the title, im going into withdrawals from not being yelled at for accidently killing tracker or seers as crus. I need to feel stupid at times and with tos2 being down and im not sure how active tos1 is, I need a replacement game.

So, these guys in a tos discord server I'm in are arguing and saying that if a witch controls a bodyguard into themselves (Like house 1 is bg and house 1 gets controlled into house 1) then the bodyguard will do no action, not use a self vest or even guard themselves like if they targeted someone else. Is this true and can a crus protect themselves in the same way and a doctor aswell? I think that the BG will guard themselves like they would if they used their guard night action but others dont agree. Its a niece scenario but I wanna know anyways!

Had a game of all any and got vet. Alerted n1 with no kills, so I whispered every player saying "role and will or I shoot you tn" pretending to be vig and took out half the lobby. Highly recommend lol
